📝 Ingredients (4 Servings):


• 4 cups tortilla chips (or cut/stale corn tortillas)

• 2 cups red or green salsa (store-bought or homemade)

• 1 cup shredded chicken or diced ham

• ½ cup queso fresco or shredded cheese

• 2–4 eggs (optional, for topping)

• Garnishes: sour cream, diced onion, avocado, cilantro



🔥 Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Spread chips in a baking dish or skillet.

  3. Pour salsa evenly over chips, mix lightly.

  4. Sprinkle with chicken/ham and cheese.

  5. (Optional) Crack eggs over top.

  6. Bake 15–20 mins until hot and bubbly.
