📝 Ingredients (4 Servings):

• 2 cups rolled oats

• 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alt)

• ½ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

• ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

• ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

• Pinch of salt



🔥 Instructions:

  1. In jars or containers, combine oats and milk. Stir in honey, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Layer berries and nuts on top.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hrs).

4. Stir before eating. Add extra milk if needed.
