Shrimp Fried Rice


📝 Ingredients (4 Servings):

• 3 cups cold cooked rice

• 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

• 3 green onions, chopped

• 3 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• 1 tsp sesame oil



🔥 Instructions:

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, cook shrimp until pink, set aside.

2. Add more oil, scramble eggs, then add veggies and cook 2 mins.

3. Add rice, shrimp, and sauces. Stir-fry everything until heated through.

4. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
