Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Salmon & Green Beans

This one-pan honey mustard salmon is tender, flavorful, and served with perfectly roasted green beans for a light, satisfying meal that’s done in under 30 minutes.

📝 Ingredients:

• 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or off)

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 8 oz fresh green beans, trimmed

• Salt & pepper, to taste

For the honey mustard glaze:

• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

• 1 tbsp whole grain mustard (optional for texture)

• 1½ tbsp honey

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• Juice of ½ lemon

• Salt & pepper, to taste

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.

2. Make the Glaze

Whisk all glaze ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

3. Prep Salmon & Veggies

Place salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of the sheet pan.

Spread green beans on the other side and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Glaze & Roast

Brush glaze generously over salmon. Roast everything for 12–15 minutes, until salmon is flaky and green beans are tender.

Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a golden top (optional).

🍽 Serving Suggestions:

• Pair with wild rice, quinoa, or garlic mashed cauliflower.

• Add lemon wedges for extra zing.

💡 Tips for the Reader:

• Use parchment to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.

• Swap green beans for asparagus or broccoli based on season.

• Double the glaze and save as a dipping sauce!
