These crispy baked chicken tenders are golden, juicy, and perfectly seasoned — all the satisfying crunch of fried chicken with none of the mess, oil, or guilt.



📝 Ingredients:

• 1.5 lbs chicken tenders or sliced chicken breasts

• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp paprika

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• 2 eggs

• ½ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for GF)

• Cooking spray or olive oil



🔥 Instructions:


1. Prep Your Station

• Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

• Set up 3 bowls:

1️⃣ Flour

2️⃣ Beaten eggs

3️⃣ Panko + Parmesan + garlic powder + paprika + salt + pepper


2. Bread the Chicken

• Dredge each tender in flour, then egg, then panko mix.
