One-skillet creamy garlic chicken — rich, garlicky, and totally foolproof. A 25-minute family dinner that feels like a restaurant meal!


📝 Ingredients:

• 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

• Salt & pepper to taste

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp butter

• ¾ cup heavy cream

• ½ cup chicken broth

• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley



🔥 Instructions:


1. Sear the Chicken

• Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.

• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

• Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.


2. Make the Sauce

• Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cook for 30 seconds.

• Add cream, broth, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Stir until creamy and slightly thickened (2–3 min).

• Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over it to coat.
