This garlic butter chicken is fast, juicy, and loaded with flavor — ready in 15 minutes and naturally low-carb, it’s the ultimate lazy dinner win that never sacrifices taste.



📝 Ingredients:

• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (thin cut)

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 3 tbsp unsalted butter

• 4 garlic cloves, minced

• ½ tsp paprika

• ½ tsp onion powder

• Salt & pepper to taste

• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

• Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)



🔥 Instructions:


1. Sear the Chicken

• Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.

• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

• Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.


2. Make the Garlic Butter

• Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the pan.

• Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and bubbling (don’t let it burn!).


3. Finish & Serve

• Return chicken to pan and coat with garlic butter.
